To Banka Banka

It is amazing how vast the area is with not a place in site



Werner just arriving at Banka Banka after riding 102 km and its only about 10.30am



We walked up this hill at the back of the CG it was nice to just sit and take in the veiw



The CG is in the back ground.It use to be a cattle station about 8 years ago but now it just caters for the travelers



Werner sitting on this seat giving me a cheesy grin which will probably be the last for a while as last night when eating a sausage his front bottom center tooth broke off and now he has a big gap until we can get somewhere to get something done about it.He was really p/off about it.But I told him I still loved him even though it looked silly.

We drove just out of Tennant Creek to a very nice dam. Where we set up Skype to talk with Michael and share Birthday wishes with him. Have a great day Michael lots of love from Mum and Dad.

Ayers Rock

The camp area at Ayers Rock resort with its nice sticky red soil.



On our way to visit the rock that we have travel 1000 km out of our way to see, but in saying that I know it was worth it.

As we left and the fog came in, so I ask Werner to set up the camera for one last photo with the rock in the back ground before it disappeared completely.



With the weather bad and the forecast the same for days we decided to head back to Alice Spring
Where the weather was about the same but without the mud and we also picked up some dirty fuel some where along the way and the van was doing a bit of back firing so it would be safer back at Alice if it gave us any trouble.
