Our plan today was to go half way to Esperance as it was 188 km away so we would wild camp about 80 km round Munglinup. When I first start in the mornings I always drive 25 to 30 km where we first meet, then to have a coffee and check all is going ok before I continue. Werner had Bike problems which you can read about on has Journal but he still made it to our first stop. After repairs I continued to Munglinup. Werner was very happy with has ride so far today he had a great tail wind but there was bad weather coming in a few hours time. So we decided to continue towards Esperance not sure how far we would go, so I keep about 25 km in front of Werner as the weather looked bad and as he made it to me each time he would decide if to go not or camp where I had stopped. The rain court up with Werner but he said he was wet now so would continue. It ended up a long day and Werner made it to Esperance a great ride off 188 km his 2nd longest ride in one day the other one was 230 in one day about 2 years ago.
Nearly dark when I got to the camp ground and it was very cold and windy.
Werner was wet and cold, so hot showers and then we had our first takeaways, since we left
Munglinup should have been today's stop over
