As we got up this morning the sun was shinning so we were of to do some sightseeing in and around Katoomba
First we crossed with the Skywalk cable car across to the eastern station, taking in the nice view of the Katoomba Falls
Then the walking started. Here Werner is on his way towards the Giant Stairway.
Here I'm going down about 300 m with more than 800 steps
Werner wanted to know if I'm counting them. NO WAY
The steps just kept coming and coming. I'm glad I don't have to come back up here again

It was very pretty walking along the Rain Forrest once we reached the bottom of the Stairway
Just had to get on this horse but had a few problems and laughs getting off it
About 2 1/2 km from the bottom of the Stairway we did some more exploring along a nice board walk
We took the Scenic Railway to get back to where we started.It is the steepest in the world.Details are on the post
